GENERAL TIPS FOR EARLY SCREENINGS:
As I have attended MANY advanced screenings of films, here are some tips/suggestions:
- ARRIVE EARLY! This pass does NOT guarantee admission as more passes are given out than seats available. Seats are first come, first serve – so the key is to arrive early! As this screening starts at 10 am, I would suggest arriving between 8-9 am. You will most likely be waiting in line outside until the Theatre doors open so come prepared.
- EVERYONE MUST BE PRESENT! The promoters will usually hand out bands in advance – all of your guests must be present when this happens. Usually, you are allowed to enter the Movie to select your seats around 9 am.
- GO GET SEATS BEFORE FOOD! Once you can enter the theatre, go get seats right away! Remember every seat in the theatre will eventually be filled, so don’t get stuck in the front row! AMC has FREE refills on Large Popcorn and Drinks, so take advantage of this (grab a few complimentary cups for the kiddos)
- ENJOY THE MOVIE- and most importantly, remember you saw it for FREE!
