If you live anywhere around New Orleans, you know the legacy of Al Copeland! He brought us Copeland's of New Orleans restaurants, Cheesecake Bistro, Christmas Light Displays, and most importantly FRIED CHICKEN!

This year the Al Copeland Foundation will host the 1st Annual COPELAND'S CHICKEN JAM in New Orleans!

Admission includes entertainment by Me and My Friends, Bag of Donuts, the opportunity to purchase Copeland’s Spicy Fried Chicken for $1 per piece, access to food trucks, access to Kids Area and much, much more!  

All proceeds will support the Al Copeland Foundation in bringing an immunotherapy trial for Merkel Cell Cancer to the LSUHSC Stanley S. Scott Cancer Center. These funds will also assist ACF to recruit community members with Merkel Cell Cancer who are in need of this ground breaking treatment.

Here are a few of my personal favorites: 

• Grilled Chicken - White Bun - Grilled Pineapple Ketchup - Sauteed Onions - Herb Goat Cheese Spread - side of Sweet Potato Fries
• Angus Burger - White Bun - Avocado Ranch - Crunchy Coleslaw - Sliced Tomato - Fried Egg - Havarti Cheese - side Caesar Salad
• Philet Burger - Whole Wheat Bun - Garlic Aoli - Shredded Lettuce - Fried Onion Strings - Spinach - side Baked Potato loaded

He gives you a list to choose from, you circle what you want - IT'S THAT SIMPLE - grab a crayon, a pen, a pencil - they just want to make sure you have a great BURGER EXPERIENCE!

The toppings are UNLIMITED so GO CRAZY and try a bunch of them - stop in next time and try a whole new set of fixings - with 1 million combinations, you can make sure you never order the same thing twice! Check out the entire menu online here (you can even order online too!)

Every Tuesday night after 4 pm, Kids Eat Free with adult entree purchase 

(limit 1 kids meal per adult entree)
