TIPS AND THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:
- Wear comfortable shoes! This is a walking tour and it takes 1-2 hours to walk the experience. I suggest getting there early to make sure you can view all Zoo Lights has to offer! There are no shuttles and the train is not operating during Zoo Lights either so be prepared to WALK.
- The Zoo is closed so don't expect to see any animals unless they make a special appearance at the Animal Encounters booth
- Parking is FREE! Parking attendants are on site to make this easy, but expect to park and walk to the front entrance.
- Wagons and Strollers and KIDS are welcome! There are many activities for kids of all ages as you walk through (the Carousel is also open for an additional fee)
- Outside Food and drinks are not allowed. Concessions are available for purchase throughout (and yes they have adult beverages too!)
- Bring a Camera - there are lots of photo opps and even Selfie stations along the path!
- You can also stop at Polar Pics to take pictures with Santa through December 23 (additional cost, photo packages are available)
- EVENT MAP - there are large maps at locations throughout - no printed maps - so screenshot the map online here so you can find all the spots easier and make sure you don't miss anything
