The Chefs Taste Challenge is coming to New Orleans on Friday, August 7!
Ten chefs (including 2 local ones!) will compete to create the best dish that utilizes farm-fresh items at a Dinner event to be held at the Convention Center with Emcee, Mike Hoss!

The term “farm to table” simply means that locally-sourced product is eaten at the table. For this Challenge, the "table" is a very large one where attendees will experience the best and freshest ingredients (the "farm") from around the country, all in a single dining event. During the dinner, the 10 Chef's dishes will be judged by a panel of those in the industry...and YOU!
