The Green Project is a non-profit salvage center that
develops a culture of creative reuse by building a marketplace for
reclaimed materials and cultivating a respect for their value.
In carrying out their mission the Green Project warehouse store
diverts an average of 6 tons of usable materials from landfills EACH
DAY, keeps 40,000 gallons of paint from finding our marshes annually
through the Gulf South region's ONLY paint recycling
facility, and prevents green house gasses from being produced.WOW! I am a firm believer in using the old to make something new and the Green Project can help you make that happen too!
This week stop in the store May 21-25 during FREE WEEK
to pick out select FREE items to recycle into your own works of art - and they will offer you food and giveaways for stopping in to take home some free items (so FREE - FREE - and FREE!) That is my kind of deal:)
BONUS: anyone that RSVPs to the facebook event page for FREE WEEK & signs up at the event (any day May 21-25) will be entered to win a YEAR'S WORTH of free building supplies!
