First I had the most amazing SIGNATURE FACIAL with Stephanie! I have to be honest, it has been several years since I have had a facial and it was so invigorating! My pores and dry skin really needed this treatment and Stephanie walked me through every step of the process! 60 minutes later (yes that's right!) I came out with cleansed pores - and a mini neck/shoulder massage too!
As if that wasn't enough then I was treated to a 60-minute SWEDISH MASSAGE by Rosie
The massage felt AAHH-Mazing! Rosie allowed me to talk when I wanted to and then would let me go into a nice meditation-like state when I really started to relax. After it was over, she said I could get up and get dressed...and I seriously questioned if I never came out, maybe - just maybe - they wouldn't notice I was still there!
I'll stop for a second and just let you soak that in...60 minutes+60 minutes= 120 minutes of RELAXATION and "ME TIME" - This doesn't happen for me often and I left the Spa feeling like a NEW WOMAN!
I learned a lot about myself that day - a little pampering is MUCH deserved - I felt better about myself when I walked out (yes I finally got dressed) - I really should do something special for myself more often and you should too!
