Join us as we celebrate the 3rd of July! Bring your chairs and blankets and enjoy patriotic music with The Marine Corps Band on the Goldring/Woldenberg Great Lawn and fireworks at the Peristyle. Concessions, wine and beer will be available for purchase, or you can bring your own picnic – but please, do not stake tents or blankets into the lawn!

The Happy 3rd of July event runs from 5:30pm to 9pm and is FREE and open to the public.

5:30pm till 6:15pm: The Marine Corps Rock Band
7pm to 9pm: Marine Introductions and The Marine Corps Band of New Orleans
9pm: Fireworks from the Peristyle

St. Charles Parish will hold its 24th annual Independence Day Celebration from 6 until 9 p.m. July 3 at the West Bank Bridge Park, 13825 River Road. The event will feature a performance by popular New Orleans band Category 6, two patriotic balloon-twisting clowns, mini golf for the kids, food and more.
The band is scheduled to begin at approximately 6:20 p.m. with a 20-minute fireworks extravaganza to begin at 9 p.m
